Project Knowledge
The facts a Watcher can ground its answers in.
Project Knowledge is the project-specific information a Watcher can use to answer questions: your project's documentation, FAQs, policies, official announcements, and information you or the team add directly — including answers approved through escalation (see "Approved Knowledge").
The core rule: a Watcher should prefer verified knowledge over guessing. It's instructed never to invent an answer about your project when your Project Knowledge doesn't actually support one.
Knowledge you add to one Project stays isolated to that Project — it never leaks into a different Project's Watchers or Communities.
You manage Project Knowledge from your Project's Knowledge tab. A community-level entry can locally override a Project-wide one for that specific Community — useful for a detail that's only true in one particular group.
