Where Everything Lives

A short tour of the real dashboard structure.

Overview — your account's real-time summary: capacity, anything that needs attention, and recent activity across every Project.

Projects — create and manage Projects. Inside a Project's detail page you'll find its own Overview, Knowledge (Project Knowledge), Escalations (the Open/Answered list and Save-as-Knowledge action), Communities (connect a Community or an Escalation Group), Watchers (deployed into this Project), Activity, and Settings tabs.

Communities — every Telegram Community connected across your Projects. Inside a Community's detail page: Overview, Watchers deployed there, Moderation (configuration and recent decisions), Auto-Posting (where enabled), and Settings.

Watchers — create and manage Watcher Records. Inside a Watcher's detail page: Overview, Persona, Deployments (every Community it's assigned to), Activity, and Settings.

Activity and Deployments — Activity is a full, filterable feed of what's happened across your account. Deployments is a flat, operational view of exactly which Watcher is deployed to which Community and how that maps to slot usage.

Usage — your real current capacity: Watcher slots and Communities used vs. your plan's totals, plus AI Generations and Media Moderation usage where applicable.

Plans and Billing — choosing or changing your plan, and your payment history/current subscription status.

Profile and Settings — your account identity, connected Telegram identity, notifications, and moderation defaults.

There is currently no separate top-level "Knowledge," "Escalations," "Moderation," or "Scheduling" section in the main sidebar — each of those lives inside the relevant Project, Community, or Watcher's own detail page, scoped to that specific record, rather than as one global list across everything.

Analytics: today's real operational visibility is Activity (a real event feed) and Usage (real capacity numbers) — a dedicated analytics dashboard with metrics like scams detected, questions answered automatically, or escalation response time isn't available yet.
