What Smart Escalation Doesn't Do Yet
An honest list of escalation capabilities that are planned but not available today.
Smart Escalation today is a real, working closed loop: confidence-gated escalation, a private Escalation Group, real Telegram admin/creator authorization, and an optional promotion to Project Knowledge. A few related capabilities aren't available yet — listed here honestly rather than implied.
Duplicate escalation merging — if many members ask a variant of the same question in a short window, each currently raises its own escalation rather than being automatically grouped into one (e.g. "18 members have asked about token distribution in the last 3 hours"). Answering one escalation today resolves that one question; it doesn't automatically close out every similarly-worded one.
Topic-based admin routing — assigning specific topics (distribution, technical support, partnerships, listings) to specific responsible admins, so a Watcher can notify or suggest the right person, isn't available yet. Every real Telegram admin/creator of the Escalation Group can currently answer any escalation.
Priority/urgency levels — escalations aren't currently classified as Normal/Important/Urgent.
A full named authorization role system (Project Owner, Admin, Knowledge Approver, Moderator, Viewer) isn't available yet — authorization today is exactly "is this person a real Telegram admin or creator of the Escalation Group," described in "Watcher Ops / Escalation Group."
An escalation analytics/metrics dashboard (open/answered/expired/high-volume counts, response-time metrics) isn't available yet — the Escalations tab today shows a plain Open/Answered list.
