Safety and Reliability
The core principles a Watcher follows to avoid fabricating information or overstepping its authority.
A Watcher is designed to: prefer approved Project Knowledge over guessing, escalate a genuinely uncertain, high-impact question rather than answer it anyway, preserve admin authority (only an authorized admin's reply is treated as an approved answer), never publish private Escalation Group content back into a public Community beyond the specific approved answer, respect the Telegram permission boundaries it was actually granted, and keep a real activity record of its moderation decisions.
Particularly sensitive topics are held to the same "prefer verified knowledge, escalate when uncertain" standard, and deserve extra care when you decide what to put in Project Knowledge: contract addresses, token distribution details, exchange listings, financial guarantees, partnerships, legal statements, security incidents, and official announcements. Treat these as exactly the kind of question worth routing through Smart Escalation rather than leaving to inference.
None of this guarantees a Watcher is never wrong — it describes the design intent (prefer facts, escalate uncertainty, respect authority and permissions), not an absolute guarantee for every possible message.
