What is Innvil Watch?
Innvil Watch is a platform for deploying Virtual Moderators, called Watchers, into Telegram communities.
Innvil Watch is a platform for deploying Virtual Moderators — called Watchers — into Telegram communities. A Watcher can moderate, communicate, use your project's knowledge, escalate questions it can't confidently answer, and operate continuously.
Traditional moderation bots mostly react to commands, filters, and predefined rules. Watchers are designed to behave more like active virtual community staff: they can hold a persona, join ordinary conversation, answer from your project's knowledge, enforce your rules, and ask an authorized admin when they genuinely don't know something — rather than guessing or staying silent.
Watchers handle routine community operations so human team members remain available for decisions, approvals, and information that requires human authority — Watch is not a claim that human administrators become unnecessary.
The operating model, in short: a Watcher observes a message, decides whether it needs to act, answers from verified knowledge when it can, moderates when it should, and escalates to your team when it genuinely can't answer — then relays the verified answer back once it has one.
Watch is a standalone Innvil product: one Innvil account gives you access to Watch, and to any other Innvil product you choose to use.
The core building blocks are Project (your identity and knowledge base), Community (the actual Telegram group, supergroup, or channel you connect), and Watcher (the Virtual Moderator you deploy into a Community). See "Core Concepts" for the full glossary.
