Admin Responses

How an authorized admin answers an escalation, and how the answer gets back to the community.

An authorized admin answers an escalation by replying directly to the Watcher's escalation message inside the Escalation Group — a plain Telegram reply, no special command syntax.

Example — Watcher escalation: "When is token distribution?" Admin reply: "Distribution is scheduled for September 12. The claim page will be announced 24 hours beforehand."

The Watcher then relays that answer back into the original community, replying to the member's original question: "Update from the team: Distribution is scheduled for September 12. The claim page will be announced approximately 24 hours beforehand."

A reply from someone who isn't a real Telegram admin or creator of the Escalation Group is silently ignored — it's never treated as an approved answer and nothing is sent back to the community. This is a hard security rule, not a default that can be relaxed by accident.

Once an escalation has been answered, a second reply to the same escalation doesn't overwrite the recorded answer or send a duplicate update — the first authorized answer stands.

From the Escalations tab, an answered escalation can optionally be promoted to reusable Project Knowledge — see "Approved Knowledge."
