Innvil Credit not updated
A top-up only credits your balance once the payment is actually confirmed.
Innvil Credit is only added once your crypto payment is confirmed server-side — a pending payment won't show as credit yet. See "Payment pending" if your payment is still confirming.
Refresh or revisit the Billing page — your balance and activity history are read live, not cached.
If a payment shows Paid in your history but the credit still doesn't reflect it, contact support with the payment's reference id.
