Community needs attention

A Community is flagged "needs attention" for one of a few real, specific reasons — never a vague catch-all: it has no active Watcher deployed at all, or its Watcher-slot/Community capacity is nearing your plan's limit.

Open the flagged item from Overview or Communities — it links straight to the real fix (deploy a Watcher, or upgrade/add capacity).

A Watcher that's deployed but currently paused shows as its own distinct, lower-severity note — different from a Community with no Watcher at all.

A private Escalation Group never triggers this check, even with no Watcher deployed into it — it's internal infrastructure, not a customer-facing Community.
