Permissions
The Telegram admin rights a Watcher needs for actions that modify messages or members.
A Watcher can only take actions its Telegram bot account actually has rights for. Reading and replying to messages doesn't require special rights; deleting a message, restricting a member, or removing a member requires the bot to be a real Telegram admin with those specific rights granted.
When you connect a Watcher to a Community, it only requests the admin rights its own configuration actually uses — delete-message and restrict/ban rights if moderation is on, post rights if scheduled content is on. Innvil never requests blanket admin access up front.
Not every deployment supports every possible action — if a needed right was revoked in Telegram after connecting, that specific capability (for example, deleting a message) stops working until the right is restored, while everything else continues normally.
If a Watcher's moderation seems to have stopped working, check its Community's own connection status first — see "Telegram connection issue."
